About the Role:
The Business Analyst will play a crucial part in the Property Management Operations division, working closely with stakeholders to understand and document their digital requirements for development. This role will involve providing support, guidance, and advice to users, documenting system development requirements, and working with software developers to develop, test, and implement new features and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand and document their digital requirements for development
- Provide support, guidance, and advice to users
- Document system development requirements and associated user guides
- Work with software developers to develop, test, and implement new features and enhancements
- Manage multiple developments concurrently
About You:
- Minimum 3+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience or exposure to Azure DevOps or associated team collaboration software; Process Mapping Tools (nice to have); SQL programming language and understanding of Agile project management methodology
- Advanced skill level in core Microsoft packages – Excel and Sharepoint
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain focused, whilst managing multiple tasks and able to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of commercial property management and facilities management practices will be advantageous
