About the Role

Swing City, a brand-new Golf & Leisure Centre in Sydney's Norwest, is excited to launch its operations. This multi-million-dollar entertainment and hospitality destination features 40 golf bays equipped with state-of-the-art technology, a licensed restaurant & bar as well as mini-golf and amusements.

We are currently seeking an Experienced Bartender with a strong understanding of modern hospitality and beverage service to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and the floor team, managing the bar and assisting with table service as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced bar, hotel or restaurant environment
  • Strong spirits, cocktail, and beverage knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Time management skills and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Passion and drive to exceed customer expectations
  • Ability to work across the venues opening hours including nights, weekends and public holidays
