We are YOT Club, the world's first Super Yacht entertainment venue, 23 meters wide x 35 meters long, licensed for 400 guests over two luxurious levels.

We designed and built the YOT Club right here on the Gold Coast at the Coomera Marine precinct. From an initial napkin sketch to the official launch on the 9th of March 2019, the YOT Club was a monumental two year construction project requiring over 20,000 hours to complete the build.

In addition to YOT Club, YOT Group also operates 3 luxurious private super yachts - YOT Blue, YOT 75 and YOT Vice.

Position Requirements also include:

- 2 + Years experience in a fast paced environment in a bartending role
- 3+ Years in a customer facing role dealing with guest grievances and special occasions
- A valid QLD RSA
- High proficiency in the English language and communication
- A bubbly, energetic personality - YOU are the VIBE
- A genuine passion for food, beverage and guest experience
- High level of problem solving and multitasking skills
- Proactive approach - The ability to foresee potential hiccups
- High spatial awareness - Time to lean time to clean
- Flexibility to work over 7 days, including weekends & public holidays
- The ability to work within a team; motivate, encourage, engage and inspire
- Give a sh*t attitude :)

water up, the YOT Club is the world's first super yacht entertainment venue.

We also have YOT Blue which is 80ft of pure super yacht luxury with a truly versatile layout.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $34.25 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 30 per week
