Job Title:
Project Delivery Specialist

Job Description:
Deliver complex projects by overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion. Ensure timely and within-budget execution of projects, meeting industry codes and standards while maintaining high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage project programs and supporting documentation across various phases (design, procurement, construction, commissioning).
2. Plan and forecast project budgets and timelines to guarantee on-time completion within allocated resources.
3. Oversee compliance with quality assurance policies, industry codes, and performance standards throughout the project duration.
4. Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities to align with plans, designs, and specifications.
5. Develop concepts and pre-feasibility studies for major projects as required and engage consultants where necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. At least 15 years of experience in project management, project engineering, or project planning.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in the mining sector.
3. Proven expertise in developing and maintaining project schedules, work breakdown structures, and project controls.
4. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
5. Strong initiative, decision-making ability, and communication skills.
6. Experience in package management, team leadership, and coaching is desirable.
