
Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Administrator to support our day-to-day operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about administration and customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management and be able to multitask with ease. They will be responsible for:
- Managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary items are replenished in a timely manner.
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Preparing and distributing documents, memos, and reports as required.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.
- Assisting with event planning and coordination, including booking venues, arranging catering, and managing RSVPs.
- Managing office facilities and equipment, ensuring they are properly maintained and serviced.
HR Support
The ideal candidate will also provide:
- Assistance with the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Support for the performance management process by maintaining records, assisting in the preparation of performance appraisal documents, and tracking employee progress.
- Management of employee records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Assistance with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintenance and enforcement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- General HR support and assistance to employees, answering their queries and guiding them on HR-related matters.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A strong background in office management and administration.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
