Key Responsibilities:

  • Take on a part-time role with flexible hours, working across various locations in a given region to assist the Store Management team in covering gaps in rosters.
  • Be adaptable, enjoying a changing environment and willing to travel.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Relief Manager. You will be responsible for assisting the Store Management team in managing the operation, including overall responsibility for customer service, end-to-end store management, and facilities management.

You will have a roster that involves working across a variety of locations in a given region, which will require you to be highly adaptable and enjoy a changing environment. As a Relief Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering customer service excellence, with an above and beyond attitude and work ethic.
  • An enthusiastic team player, always wanting to exceed expectations.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven.
  • High level of attention to detail across all tasks.
  • Ability to problem-solve and take ownership of tasks.
  • Current full driver's license and access to vehicle.
  • Forklift license desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work on Saturdays when required.
