Job Description

The clinic is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join their team on a part-time basis. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience.

The role involves managing the front-of-house operations, including answering phone calls, booking appointments, data entry, follow-up with clients, stock control, and banking tasks.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the clinicians to maximize their utilization and contribute to the effective running of the clinic.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, has excellent communication skills, and is accountable for their responsibilities.
