Pharmacy Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Hospital Pharmacy Technician to lead the Distribution and Medicines Supply Pharmacy Technician team in a supportive environment.

As the Grade 4 Pharmacy Technician Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a pharmacy technician team to provide best-practice pharmacy services to patients. You'll provide supervision, training, and mentoring to other pharmacy technicians.

  • Deliver high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective pharmacy services.
  • Work collaboratively with pharmacy team members and other staff in the delivery of pharmacy services.
  • Undertake administrative tasks associated with the day-to-day planning and coordination of the Pharmacy Technician Service, including the supervision of staff.

You have significant experience in hospital pharmacy operations and the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and accountability across all general pharmacy technician tasks (dispensing, inpatient supply, imprest, Schedule 8/4D supply).
