Breakfast Lead Opportunity at Pullman Hotel

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team in Pullman Hotel, located in the heart of NSW's exciting entertainment precinct. This role will report directly to the Executive Chef and involve leading the breakfast operation.

About the Role:
  • Lead a high-performing breakfast team to deliver exceptional service and ensure adequate supplies for each shift.
  • Promote a culture of quality preparation and presentation, mentoring junior chefs to develop their skills.
  • Maintain stock rotation and minimize waste, while implementing programs to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. To manage the smooth day-to-day breakfast operation and train a team in quality preparation and presentation.
  2. To prepare and present breakfast menu items with variety and flair, demonstrating leadership skills.
  3. To mentor and coordinate the work of junior chefs, assisting with implementation of new ideas and strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • A competitive salary of $80,000-$100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
