SHEQ Advisor Role

We are seeking a Senior SHEQ Advisor to join our dynamic team in Perth, AU. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for implementing and executing the company's SHEQ strategy, promoting SHEQ through active field-based leadership, and monitoring and evaluating SHEQ performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Company SHEQ strategy for improving SHEQ performance.
  • Promote SHEQ through active engagement and leadership within the team.
  • Monitor, evaluate and report on SHEQ performance against objectives and targets.
  • Provide daily support and guidance to meet SHEQ objectives and targets.
  • Ensure understanding and awareness of SHEQ requirements through effective communication and engagement.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve SHEQ performance goals and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Cert IV in Work Health and Safety (Essential)
  • Construction Safety Induction White Card (Essential)
  • Demonstrated experience in a SHEQ position (3+ years)
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislative and compliance requirements.
  • Workplace First Aid Certificate and valid CPR Certificate.
  • Valid Australian Driver's License ICAM investigation or equivalent.
