Role Overview

This newly created position serves as a pivotal leadership role, overseeing the strategic implementation of technology solutions across sales and property management divisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation, ensuring seamless integration, and fostering operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the Proptech ecosystem, encompassing contracts, supplier performance, and system enhancements.
  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive real estate technology roadmap, focusing on efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to design and implement technology improvements.
  • Provide guidance and training on technology adoption to state managers and franchise partners.
  • Establish frameworks to support the integration, reporting, and optimization of Proptech tools.
  • Monitor and report on return on investment, usage, and cost-saving outcomes of technology investments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or Business, coupled with industry experience.
  • Proven track record in implementing and maintaining real estate technology solutions across sales, property management, CRM, and trust accounting systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, applicable to technical and non-technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendors and implement continuous improvement practices.
  • Extensive project and change management experience within IT or technology environments.
  • Proficiency with a range of real estate CRMs, integrations, and developing technology adoption strategies.
