Aircraft Stores Coordinator

Job Description

This is an entry-level, permanent full-time position responsible for the effective and efficient execution of aircraft stores procedures and providing general support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage receipt, issue, storage, and dispatch of aircraft parts, tools, and non-aircraft items.
  • Work on a shift roster and be available on standby when required.
  • Implement cost-effectiveness and efficiency measures.
  • Maintain compliance with Rex 145 MOE and CASA Regulations in stores operations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and security of the Store.
  • Monitor shelf life items and 'Services in Store'.
  • Carry out stock takes as necessary.
  • Evaluate and maintain adequate protection for all stored items and ensure stores security is maintained.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Able to work well within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with aircraft components would be beneficial.
  • Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office applications is expected.
  • Possession of a current Driver's license is mandatory; manual license is advantageous.
  • Ability to hold an ASIC card and Air Side Driver's license is crucial.
  • Prior experience in stores management would be advantageous.
