About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at AUTOrecruit. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth through the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.
  • Mentor and provide training and guidance to the sales team to maximize their performance.
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Manage vehicle inventory and ensure optimal stock levels are met.
  • Ensure brand compliance with guidelines and marketing standards.
  • Analyse sales data, market feedback, customer surveys, etc. to identify areas for improvement.
