About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Room Attendant to join our team at The Star Gold Coast. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
  • Remove room service trays and trolleys, and report any lost property
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
What We're Looking For
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Previous experience in hotel cleaning or a related field (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
