Job Description

The Brand & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across various business units. This will involve balancing strategic thinking with campaign management to expand market presence, strengthen brand identity, and drive lead generation.

This role requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives on autonomy and accountability, and must be able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across all business units.
  • Tailor messaging for corporate, SME, aged care, aviation, and financial services audiences.
  • Ensure internal brand consistency while adapting messaging for varied audiences.
  • Manage CMS (Apache preferred) and oversee SEO strategy to grow digital reach.
  • Coordinate external agencies and contractors (social, design, digital).
  • Manage the marketing budget and report on campaign ROI and performance.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and insights to inform leadership decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in marketing, ideally in financial services or insurance.
  • Marketing experience across any industry will be considered for this position.
  • Experience managing multi-entity or parent-company marketing strategies.
  • Solid understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) - able to make small changes if needed.
  • Proven ability to manage third-party marketing and digital providers.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (Apache ideal; WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal relevant).
  • Strong grasp of SEO and digital advertising strategies.
  • Budget management and data-driven reporting skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and executives.
