We are seeking a skilled Technician to undertake routine maintenance and repair work on lifts and escalators.

About the Role
  • Perform regular maintenance and repairs on lifts and escalators, including re-roping, hoisting, and rigging.
  • IDentify opportunities for process improvement and facilitate continuous improvement to meet customer needs.
  • Deliver electrical and mechanical training to apprentices and sub-contractors.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to lift and escalator breakdowns and perform repairs and control modifications.
  • Communicate with customers and submit service reports using designated applications.
  • Provide standby coverage and respond to after-call-back requests as required.
Key Working Relationships
  • Collaborate closely with Field Engineers, Technicians, and Branch Managers.
  • Liaise with functional management at other entities and headquarters.
