Job Opportunity: Site Supervisor

Lendlease, a leading construction and development company, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to drive the delivery of a major construction project in Townsville.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage short-term programs to ensure timely project completion.
  • Monitor project costs and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Oversee project quality assurance (QA) and environmental health and safety (EHS) requirements.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Supervisor or Site Manager on large projects, ideally with strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.
  • At least 5 years' experience managing large-scale building projects, services, and civil works.
  • Ability to coordinate and organize teams and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
