Job Overview

Lendlease is currently looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and general construction tasks on a major project in Townsville.

This role involves supervising site operations, developing short-term programs, monitoring project costs, and ensuring compliance with QA, EHS requirements and other regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily site activities and ensure efficient coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and general construction activities
  • Develop and manage short-term programs to meet project objectives and deadlines
  • Monitor project costs and budget performance
  • Oversight of project QA, EHS requirements and other regulatory compliance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in a Supervisor or Site Manager role working on large-scale projects
  • Over 5 years' experience managing large-scale building projects, services, and civil works
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to coordinate and organize teams and work effectively
