Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Product Management professional to lead our team in delivering business growth through product innovation and strategy execution.

  • This role requires a strong commercial background with at least 10 years of experience in product management, including 5+ years in leadership positions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the product's marketability and ability to deliver business results in terms of sales and inventory management. Additionally, they should have a strong electrical engineering background or trade certification with a solid grasp of technical engineering aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute technical market strategies tailored to promote products effectively, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Understand the market and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
  • Oversee accurate product specifications and requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and adherence to industry standards.
  • Proactively identify and source new product opportunities aligned with business strategy based on market trends, pricing, and revenue modeling.
  • Oversee products' roadmaps and prioritize features based on market demand and business objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the product management team, helping them communicate product benefits and technical details to customers.
  • Ensure the team maintains a high level of technical knowledge of the market for our products, including understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure effective execution of product strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated knowledge in pricing, market positioning, packaging, and understanding of the product's market ability to deliver business results in terms of sales and inventory management.
  • Strong commercial background to lead a product business unit.
  • Educational background: Electrical Engineering Degree or Electrical Trade Certificate.
