Curriculum Development Lead

A key position where you'll have the opportunity to shape and deliver high-quality educational programs at a purpose-built early school.

Our service caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 3 outdoor play areas. We utilize technology to enhance communication with families about child development and promote active participation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging curricula that foster each child's learning and growth.
  • Help establish a strong sense of identity in children.
  • Work closely with our Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership team.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or related field.
  • Extensive experience in leading teams within childcare services.
  • Strong communication, time-management, and leadership skills.
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
