**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team at Skilled Jobs Australia. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to align with company objectives and drive business growth.
  • Manage our market presence through targeted marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional events to foster networking opportunities and bolster brand recognition.
  • Communicate closely with our Sales and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with overarching business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to management for continuous optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing roles, demonstrating adaptability and a quick learning curve.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset, committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to devise out-of-the-box marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with market research methodologies and tools.

What We Offer

  • Base salary range of $75,000-$85,000 per annum + superannuation.
