Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Skilled Jobs Australia. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance our market presence.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to align with company objectives and drive business growth.
• Manage our market presence, including marketing campaigns targeting key industries such as designers, architects, builders, and decorators.
• Execute marketing strategies to enhance visibility and drive customers to our showrooms.
• Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels to cater to local domestic markets.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences, leveraging insights to refine marketing strategies.
• Plan and coordinate promotional events to foster networking opportunities and bolster brand recognition.
• Communicate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with overarching business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to management for continuous optimization.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing roles, demonstrating adaptability and a quick learning curve.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
• Proactive and innovative mindset, committed to continuous learning and professional growth, with a focus on delivering impactful results.

A base salary range of $75,000-$85,000 per annum + superannuation.
