Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to support the development of our Men's Apparel range.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in end-to-end planning and lifecycle management of menswear products, including new line launches and clearances.
  • Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, planning, and suppliers to ensure the right product lands at the right time and place.
  • Manage reporting and track category performance against sales, profit, and key commercial targets.
  • Contribute to range reviews and category strategy through data-led insights and thoughtful merchandise planning.
  • Evaluate product and promotional data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Our ideal candidate has a background in apparel, fashion, or retail, strong administrative and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and confidence in problem-solving and decision-making.
