Customer Service Professional

G&C Mutual Bank, a customer-owned bank established in 1959, is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join its Wagga Wagga Service Centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering efficient and professional service to customers through the Service Centre and Contact Centre channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer service through various touchpoints
- Assisting with enquiries and providing information on product and service offerings
- Identifying opportunities to provide a total solution for customers' financial needs
- Processing transactions and maintaining accurate records
