About the Role

Bridgestone Mining Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales and Account Management Leader to drive sales, account management, and forecasting excellence across our North Region (QLD & NT).

This is a key leadership role that requires a proven track record in sales and account management, with a strong focus on driving business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Lead a team of Account Managers to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and account management, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Valid driver's license and current work rights in Australia
