Bridgestone Mining Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales and Account Management Leader to drive sales, account management, and forecasting excellence across our North Region (QLD & NT).
This is a key leadership role that requires a proven track record in sales and account management, with a strong focus on driving business growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
- Lead a team of Account Managers to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Proven experience in sales and account management, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Valid driver's license and current work rights in Australia
