Our Emergency Department is a modern, supportive facility with a dedicated resuscitation bay and 24/7 medical coverage. We have a 5-bed ED and a 12-bed inpatient ward with a Fast Track service.

We are seeking a skilled Career Medical Officer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our emergency medicine department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our team's success.

The successful candidate will possess strong clinical skills and experience in emergency medicine. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Current General Registration with AHPRA
  • At least three years post-graduate experience
  • Appropriate training and experience in Emergency Medicine
  • High-level skills and involvement in clinical care, supervision, mentoring, and teaching
  • Able to exercise a moderate degree of professional independence
