We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our team. As a valued member of our team, you'll provide personal care and support to older Australians in their own homes.
You'll be backed by a passionate, experienced team who deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
It's essential to possess a reliable vehicle, valid Australian driver licence, and be willing to travel throughout the region.
About the Role
- Provide personal care assistance, such as showering and personal hygiene needs
- Assist with daily living tasks, like transport to appointments and shopping
- Offer social connection and companionship
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress

Requirements:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent qualification
- Australian Driver licence and Own vehicle
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
- Up to date Flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations
