Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

As a senior Salesforce developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, building and deploying custom Salesforce solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. You will leverage your expertise to drive operational efficiency, intelligence and automation across the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, build and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Visualforce.
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM, ServiceCloud and Agentforce to enhance customer engagement, responsiveness and service quality.
  • Integrate Agentforce with external systems using APIs, middleware and webhooks.
  • Lead scalable, maintainable Salesforce development aligned with best practices and enterprise design patterns.
  • Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions in collaboration with Product and BA teams.
  • Implement automated testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines and release workflows.
  • Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Maintain strong platform governance and thorough technical documentation.
Requirements:
  • Over 5 years' experience in Salesforce development.
  • Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling and governor limits.
  • Integration expertise using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
  • Proven capability in automating workflows using Flow, Apex triggers and declarative tools.
  • Familiarity with customer-facing portals.
  • Proficiency in Git, CI/CD and DevOps tools.
