Duties and Responsibilities
  • Facilitating social engagement through organised activities and outings
  • Offering support with daily living tasks
  • Providing personal care services including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and maintaining personal hygiene
  • Domestic assistance, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
  • Provision of companionship, friendship, and emotional support
  • Maintaining accurate records of services provided, incidents, and completing reports as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A current valid Police Check (Essential)
  • A First Aid Certificate (Essential)
  • An NDIS Workers Screening Check (Essential)
  • A Working With Children's Check (Essential)
  • A valid female driver's licence (Desirable)
  • Certificate 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent qualification (Desirable)
  • Prior experience in personal care and dementia care (Essential)
  • Willingsness to travel within Taree region
