Are you a skilled craftsman with a passion for precision and quality? We seek an experienced joinery professional to join our team.

About the Role:

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality windows and frames using hand tools and machinery. Your expertise in working with timber and uPVC materials will be essential in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Use hand tools to efficiently produce windows and frames according to company specifications.
  • Operate machinery to cut, shape and fit timber/uPVC parts in workshops.
  • Prepare job sites by measuring, cutting, shaping and assembling joinery-frames following safety protocols.
  • Install windows and doors using Deceuninck profiles, ensuring joinery alignment and quality.
  • Train and guide staff members in the Frame department on correct use of machinery and equipment.
  • Review their final work conducted by team-mates.
  • Read and interpret house plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Address any joinery imperfections before final assembly and install.
  • Carry out rectifications as necessary.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols in the production area.
  • Conduct safety audits and address concerns.

Requirements:

  • 5 years experience in joinery, window and door installation, specifically with Deceuninck profiles.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, measuring equipment, and power tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Troubleshoot joinery and rectify window and door issues.
  • Lift heavy materials, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid and clean driver's license.
