We are a respected commercial aluminium joinery and glazing company delivering premium, aluminium window and door solutions across Perth's high-end residential and commercial sectors. Known for our reliability and commitment to quality, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of glazing projects from start to finish.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role that combines office-based coordination with on-site involvement. You'll be responsible for managing all aspects of commercial window and door installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your practical glazing experience and strong measurement skills will be essential in maintaining quality and resolving site challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial aluminium window and door projects end-to-end
  • Conduct accurate site measurements and oversee installation quality
  • Interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings
  • Resolve site-related issues with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Liaise with builders, clients, site supervisors, and subcontractors
  • Coordinate site activities to maintain timelines and budgets
  • Occasionally assist with glazing and installation work when required
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management within the commercial glazing industry
  • Hands-on experience in installing or manufacturing aluminium windows and doors
  • Strong ability to read and interpret construction documentation
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Clear, confident communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Relevant industry qualifications and licences
  • Valid driver's licence
