The Rowing Coach will play a pivotal role in developing athletes and fostering a culture of excellence within the Rowing and Sports programs.
Key responsibilities include coaching as directed by the Head Rowing Coach or Director of Sport.
Working in brand new facilities at the Joan Montgomery Sports, Aquatic and Fitness Centre, you'll have the luxury of being part of an exceptional team.
Ideally, you'll have a strong background in rowing and experience in training, mentoring, and developing young people in sport.
Enthusiasm and drive are essential qualities, along with a caring and encouraging nature to interact with students effectively.
Closely working with teachers, students, parents, and sport organizations is also crucial.
All staff must commit to supporting Child Safe Standards, requiring a current Employee Working With Children Check or VIT Registration for successful applicants.
