Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team as an Educational Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the educational program at our centre, working closely with our team of educators to deliver high-quality learning experiences for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of the educational program at our centre
  • Collaborate with educators to design and deliver engaging and challenging learning experiences for children
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the educational program and make recommendations for improvement
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to educators to support their professional growth and development
  • Work closely with the centre's leadership team to achieve our goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
