Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team as an Educational Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the educational program at our centre, working closely with our team of educators to provide high-quality care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the educational program at our centre, ensuring it is aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Collaborate with our team of educators to provide high-quality care and education to our children
  • Develop and implement educational programs that promote the learning and development of our children
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our educational programs
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to our educators to support their professional development
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
