About the Role

Our team is on the lookout for a Campus Recruiter to join our award-winning global campus recruiting team. Reporting into the Campus Recruitment Manager, you will be busy with lots of opportunities to prove your worth within a collaborative and lively environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Run on-campus events to promote Atlassian as an employer of choice.
  • Build applicant pipelines to attract top talent from universities.
  • Guide interviewer debrief sessions to improve recruitment processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in high-volume campus recruitment.
  • A background in technical student societies or hackathons.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Lever and university job boards.
