We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead our marketing efforts in Melbourne, Australia.
The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of personalized marketing campaigns, analyze client data to identify areas for growth, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and oversee the company's marketing strategy.
- Analyze clients to create targeted marketing campaigns, maintain up-to-date client information, and coordinate with the sales team.
- Engage with potential clients, create presentations, and support client proposals to drive business growth.
- Prepare and present monthly marketing performance reports to senior management.
- Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness using KPIs and monitor market trends and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, and B2B marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
