About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Investment Proposition Manager to join our team at Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ). As an Investment Proposition Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Wealth Strategy Program and Chief Investment Office led initiatives for ANZ Private.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Investment Proposition in strategic implementation and project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects and initiatives.
  • Take ownership of special projects that push boundaries and foster personal and professional growth, demonstrating adaptability and a positive attitude.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects across various streams, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, to drive collaboration and project success.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, overseeing project documentation, roadmaps, and milestones, and ensuring effective project tracking and reporting.
  • Utilize PowerPoint to create compelling presentations that effectively communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Conduct data analysis using Excel, interpreting and communicating findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, supporting informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a business management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work across functions to deliver successful projects.
  • Positive attitude and adaptability to take on special projects that challenge and stretch capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across various project streams.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills, with ability to build relationships and collaborate with individuals at all levels.
  • Highly responsive and proactive, taking own initiative to drive progress and overcome obstacles.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create impactful presentations to effectively communicate information.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience in conducting business analysis using Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey findings and insights clearly and concisely through PowerPoint presentations.
