About the Horticulture Traineeship

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our nursery team and embark on a rewarding career in horticulture.

This traineeship combines hands-on experience with formal education, providing a competitive advantage for future professional roles.

  • Assist in the daily operations of the nursery
  • Produce high-quality plants from seed and cuttings
  • Maintain advanced tree stock

The successful candidate will work alongside experienced professionals in the industry, gaining valuable skills and knowledge.

This is a term contract, full-time opportunity for up to 12 months, with one day of TAFE per week and four days of on-the-job training.
