We are seeking an exceptional Senior Mental Health Leader to join our team at Ballarat Health Services in the Grampians region.
About the RoleThis rewarding opportunity will see you lead and guide our Infant and Child Mental Health and Wellbeing Service (ICMHWS) team, working closely with Consultant Psychiatrists to provide day-to-day leadership for a multidisciplinary team. As a seasoned leader, you will utilise your strong clinical expertise and management abilities to ensure the ICMHWS team is well-supported, trained, and resourced to deliver high-quality, person-centred mental health care for infants, children, and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily operations of the ICMHWS team, ensuring services meet clinical needs and key performance indicators.
- Monitor and improve team performance by implementing effective strategies.
- Foster a supportive work environment, encouraging professional growth and training opportunities.
- Conduct annual performance reviews, offering feedback and guidance for development.
- Address incidents and feedback, driving continuous improvement in service quality.

Salary PackageThe successful candidate can expect a salary of $61.17 to $73.58 per hour, plus a comprehensive salary packaging arrangement, including rent/mortgage and meals expenses. In addition, up to $15,000 incentive payments may be available to support relocation.
