Marketing Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist to join our team.

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, leveraging paid, owned, and earned media channels.
  • Drive the development of campaign plans, ensuring they are aligned with objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practice cross-channel integration across all strategies and executions.
  • Analyse and interpret campaign and communications data to inform future marketing decisions.
  • Serve as a brand champion, ensuring all campaign content is consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain relationships with marketing agencies to ensure spend and performance optimisation, and alignment with campaign objectives and outcomes.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field, or at least 5 years' generalist marketing experience.
  • Experience in developing and delivering integrated marketing strategies, including ability to develop and deliver successful and measurable campaign strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and exposure to traditional marketing.
  • Proven experience managing projects across briefing, production, execution, evaluation, and budgeting.
  • Experience in agency management (research, media buying, and creative).
  • Team management experience and ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with media buying agencies, briefing on major campaign development, optimisation, and evaluation to deliver best-practice, innovative paid-media approaches across traditional, digital, and emerging media.
