Job Title: Advanced Healthcare Professional

Clinical Nurse Specialists are the backbone of our healthcare system, delivering high-quality patient care and advancing the field of dermatology. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist at our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for providing exceptional patient care.

This role is responsible for managing clinical education and training programs, ensuring that healthcare professionals are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide safe and effective treatment. You will also be responsible for conducting clinical training sessions, developing training materials, and collaborating with other teams to achieve business objectives.

To succeed in this role, you must be a registered nurse with experience in cosmetic, dermatology, or aesthetics. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Education and Training:
    • Develop and implement clinical education and training programs for healthcare professionals.
    • Conduct clinical training sessions and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Training Materials Development:
    • Design and develop training materials, including curricula and presentations.
    • Pilot test and refine training materials as needed.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
    • Div 1 Registered Nurse.
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience working in cosmetic, dermatology, or aesthetics.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
