Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Advanced Healthcare Professional to join our team in Broome, WA. This is a unique opportunity to lead advanced clinical care services within a primary healthcare clinic and contribute to the delivery of culturally safe and responsive primary health care.
About the Role
This newly created position reports to the Senior Medical Officer and involves leading and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include conducting independent patient assessments, diagnosing, and making clinical decisions, as well as prescribing medications and ordering diagnostic investigations.
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration with endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner
- Demonstrated experience in a primary healthcare setting
- Clinical expertise in triage, treatment, and ongoing care management
- Strong communication skills across multidisciplinary and cross-cultural teams
What We Offer
- Base salary range: $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
- Accommodation support to help you settle
- Annual remote area allowance up to $1,300
- Relocation assistance up to $5,000
- Flexible work arrangements, including part-time or fixed-term options
- Salary packaging to increase take-home pay
- 6 weeks of annual leave
