Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled food and beverage professional to join our team as a key member in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Deliver outstanding service by maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring seamless delivery of orders.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee and cocktails, showcasing expertise in bar operations and presentation.
  • Assist in maintaining and setting up the bar, dining and service areas, adhering to compliance and hygiene standards.
  • Be well-versed in daily menu offerings, provide recommendations and accommodate dietary needs, promoting a positive and inclusive dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Key Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in food and beverage roles in a similar environment.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Food Safety Certificate.
  • Skilled in bar operations, including cocktail preparation and coffee making or with barista experience.
  • Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Experience in cash handling and flexibility to work across a 7-day roster.
