The RoleAs a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms and public areas. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
- Inspecting guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Training and supporting the housekeeping team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Managing housekeeping supplies and inventory to ensure that all areas are adequately stocked.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role, with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and housekeeping management software.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
