Project Manager - Water Treatment

We have an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the design, estimation, and project management of water treatment projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of high-quality results. You will work closely with our sales, engineering, and customer teams to deliver outstanding solutions to our customers in Western Australia and nationally.

  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop water treatment solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Manage project budgets and finances, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Provide expert advice on project-related matters, including risk management and conflict resolution.
  • Support the development of new business opportunities through the identification of key market trends and competitor analysis.

This role requires regular travel to customer sites, including overnight stays.

To Be Successful, You Will Ideally Have

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in project management, preferably in the water industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A commitment to safety and environmental sustainability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and other project management tools.
