Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our organization. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will provide you with the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in transfer pricing.

As a Transfer Pricing Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting clients with the preparation of transfer pricing policy and planning reports, as well as preparing transfer pricing documentation to substantiate transfer pricing positions taken. You will also assist clients with transfer pricing aspects of tax authority queries or formal audits, and help them obtain up-front certainty on transfer pricing positions through applications for and negotiations of rulings and Advanced Pricing Agreements (APAs).

You will work closely with multinational companies to address their transfer pricing needs and provide timely, responsive services and work products. Your duties will include analyzing information, applying economic and financial knowledge to client situations, developing effective approaches to clients' financial circumstances, and taking the lead in developing recommendations and implementation plans.

In addition, you will be responsible for managing transfer pricing engagements and business development initiatives, assisting in managing engagement economics, and building strong internal relationships within the transfer pricing team and across other services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze information, apply economic and financial knowledge to client situations, and develop effective approaches to clients' financial circumstances.">
  • Take the lead in developing recommendations and implementation plans.">
  • Develop and deliver transfer pricing and economic ideas with timely, responsive services and work products, and identify opportunities for transfer pricing and other services.">
  • Manage transfer pricing engagements and business development initiatives.">
  • Assist in managing engagement economics by organizing staffing, tracking fees, and communicating issues to project leaders.">
  • Build strong internal relationships within the transfer pricing team and across other services.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

A bachelor's degree in economics, law, finance, tax, or accounting; a CPA or similar certification.

">

At least 5 to 9 years of experience in transfer pricing or similar experience, with a sound understanding of complex transfer pricing concepts.

">

Strong managerial, organizational, project management, and analytical skills.

">

Good verbal and written communication skills.

">

Highly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
