  • Deliver person-centered care that respects the unique needs and preferences of each resident
  • Work collaboratively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience working in aged care or a related field
  • Qualifications in individual support or a related field (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
