About the Position:
Seeking a dedicated Coordinator to deliver high-quality OSHC services. Reporting to the Regional Services Manager, this role leads a high-performing team, ensuring a fun and inclusive environment for children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Plan and implement programs aligned with the 'My Time, Our Place Framework.'
- Staff Supervision: Oversee staff placements, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Child Safety: Maintain accurate records, ensuring a safe environment and adherence to safety and health policies.
- Family Engagement: Liaise with families, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
- Health & Safety: Manage risk, ensure the wellbeing of all children and staff, and oversee medical management of identified children.
- Service Quality & Compliance: Ensure daily service delivery meets internal audit standards and National Quality Standards.
- Administrative Support: Assist with rostering, attendance management, and childcare management systems.
Requirements:
- Experience in childcare, preferably OSHC.
- Proven experience in supporting quality and safety agendas.
- Understanding of the National Quality Framework and MTOP Educational Framework.
- Strong administration and computer skills.
- A history demonstrating reliability, punctuality, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment.
