As an Enrolled Nurse in our medical ward, you will utilize a high standard of evidence-based nursing care to plan, assess, and implement care for all patients in collaboration with the patient/family and multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a high level of clinical care and exceptional customer service to patients
- Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care to individuals under the direction and supervision of the RN
- Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
- Administer medications according to state law and organisation policy
- Act as a role model for Safe Practice
- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
- Prior experience in an acute care hospital
- Minimum 1 year's experience in the acute setting
- Demonstrated practice according to evidence-based nursing and latest contemporary practices in nursing
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility with shift allocations, timing
