The Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Whyalla Hospital.
About the RoleThe Enrolled Nurse will support the Registered Nurse/Midwife in providing person-centred care consistent with regulatory and statutory requirements. This role involves working under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse/Midwife, while maintaining responsibility for their actions and remaining accountable in providing nursing/midwifery care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing/midwifery care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the Registered Nurse/Midwife to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance nursing/midwifery skills.
- Contribute to a safe and respectful work environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be an Enrolled Nurse with a current practicing certificate and be eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
